ALEX MEDINA
Alex competed various sports and was able to play at a high level until his adult years and then decided to begin his journey in coaching. He has over 11 years of strength and conditioning knowledge and experience being certified in NSCA. He is our head trainer that also trains our upcoming coaches by taking them under his wing and teaching them everything he knows. One of his best qualities is being able to push members/athletes to their full potential and truly believe in themselves. As Alex always says, "Get out of your head and don't think just do." He has impacted over thousands of people & 100's of high level athletes that have walked through our doors and continues to in their fitness journey.

MARLYN HUERTA
Marlyn's background in fitness began with a soccer ball. She played in college and received her degree in general psychology. After college she decided to pursue her soccer career and had the opportunity to compete at a semi professional level in Mexico. She then decided to pursue coaching after a few years of her semi professional journey. She has over ten years of strength and conditioning experience and knowledge. She specializes in coaching soccer athletes and currently coaches at a local soccer club team as well. One of her best qualities is patience. She is known for listening to peoples concerns and incorporates her knowledge in sport psychology to help them continue evolving.
